Planning Fee Form

To confirm availability and prepare a detailed itinerary for your approval, we ask for a planning fee. This covers the work involved in contacting hotels, confirming availability, and customising your route. The planning fee is non-refundable, but is credited toward the total cost of your tour should you choose to proceed.
